If a User is unable to access TFM Fleet Online or TFM Fleet Online does not function properly for any reason, contact the Customer’s TFM Relationship Manager or phone 1300 888 870 or email from 8:30am - 5pm (AEST) on Normal Working Days. If a User believes that a Password has become known to another person, please immediately refer to clause 5.3 which outlines the action which the User must take to limit the Customer’s liability. When first accessing TFM Fleet Online, the User will be prompted to confirm acceptance of this Agreement. This Agreement may be accessed by visiting the TFM web site at.
